A new policy paper by the UK Independence Party's Defence Policy Group, co-chaired by Rear Admiral Richard Heaslip and Gerard Batten MEP, commits the UK Independence Party (which has 10 Members of the European Parliament and two members of the House of Lords) to putting an end to the chronic under-funding of Britain's Armed Forces.
